I attended the management training held at Indian School of Business, Mohali. It was a valuable experience as I learned concepts in focusing and managing key customers better through key accounts. In addition, I have attended training on financial accounting which has sharpened my knowledge and helped me in pricing our services accordingly. Our recent training on disruptive innovation has provided great tools on how to initiate design thinking and generate innovation within the company.

Ahethesham joined TASC as a Senior IT Recruiter in our India team in 2012. The next year he moved to Dubai as a team leader. His amazing client management skills led to an opportunity in managing key clients for TASC as an account executive. He continued to manage major clients and was promoted to account manager in 2016. He was nominated for the Rockstar of the Year award in 2018.

Ahethesham says “Since joining TASC in 2012 I have had many opportunities to develop my recruitment, account management and sales skills. TASC has enabled me boost my career with a diverse range of exciting and challenging projects. Hamsa joined TASC as a sourcing executive in our India team in 2013. Due to her excellent performance and keen interest across all areas she received an award in 2018. She is an active member of the TASC Force driving engagement throughout TASC. Currently, she is working as a team leader and mentoring two employees under her able guidance.

Annette joined TASC in 2013 as a payroll accountant. She has led many initiatives and won accolades for her outstanding work. Currently, she is leading a team of 3 payroll accountants and operates as a team leader. She manages 40+ GCC clients and serves a headcount of over 400 staff in 8 countries.

Kasheef joined TASC as a recruiter in 2011. His exceptional performance has impressed the team and led to organizational growth. Currently, he is the Assistant Manager in the recruitment division and guides a team of 9 members across various locations such as India, Dubai and Saudi Arabia.

Kasheef says, “TASC is the right place for anyone looking to grow as it is a high performance company with lot of learning and growth opportunities. Bircan joined TASC in the year 2016 as Assistant Manager – Business Development in the telecom team handling UAE Clients. She won the Rockstar AM & Sales for the year 2018. She is currently heading the healthcare vertical and continues to be an asset to TASC.

Bircan says “When I think of TASC, I think of a high performing family! It is a great school for career development and personal growth. We are a customer and employee centric organization. The company culture motivates all round development both personally and career wise.  With many inside country and overseas training programs. This year I am part of Management Development Program where we get the opportunity to work with a life coach, to have personalized assessments on our strengths and development areas, learn effective communication and leadership skills. Manjula joined TASC in 2007 as a Recruitment Consultant in India. She has played a significant part in TASC’s growth journey. Currently she is an Associate Vice President handling three recruitment delivery verticals. During her amazing journey with TASC she has won numerous awards, some of them include 2009 & 2010 Best Performer Award and 2011 Best Team leader award.

Manjula says “TASC is one of those rare companies where you can have diversified experience. This is an international and multi-cultural environment where we innovate and find different ways to perform our roles. Everyone at TASC is fun to work with. I love what I do, and it shows in the strong relationships I have built with our customers. Working with the CEO and observing his energy and ambition has always inspired me. This has given me a lot of determination and helped me to contribute towards the organizational goals.”

Mohamed Jawad joined TASC in the year 2016 as Senior Account Manager. In 2018 he was promoted to Associate Vice President and helped drive new IT business for future growth. In 2017, he was awarded Rockstar of the Year.

Mohamed says, “Joining TASC has been a pivotal moment in my career. This is the most demanding company I have ever worked for but also the most exciting and rewarding in terms of the learning and career fast tracking. Urmila joined TASC India in August 2013 as an HR Executive managing reference checks for associates. Her contribution and keen interest on various aspects of operations lead to a permanent move to the Dubai office in April 2016. She was awarded Rockstar of the Year in 2015 and became a team leader in 2018.

Urmila says, “TASC is a great organization to learn the complete employee life cycle. TASC has given me opportunities to work on many projects which has helped me contribute immensely and given me growth within the company.
