Permanent Recruitment Solution to the largest bank in UAE

Situation

A leading bank in the UAE, with over 125 branches and more than 550 ATMs across the country, was facing multiple challenges in the recruitment process – hiring, onboarding, offboarding, quality, TAT, etc. Although the bank had multiple service providers managing employees across different roles, the overall attrition rate was quite high at 12%, and higher even for the sales staff at 18%.

TASC’s Execution

At TASC, we identified the challenges and appointed a dedicated account manager on-site, who identified the need to have better nationality mix amongst the sales team members. A customized solution was developed to manage other concerns faced by the client.

Results

The Bank witnessed a gradual reduction of attrition to 5%. The improved nationality mix enabled the client to attract customers from diverse nationalities, and also serve them better. Currently, TASC manages over 600 candidates for this leading bank.
