A leading airline in the UAE had over 1,000 IT contracted resources and 28 staffing vendors, who provide and manage these resources. The airline major was receiving a large number of unqualified CVs and had to spend considerable time in shortlisting profiles to hire the right candidate. The airline major was also facing high attrition levels, since their contracted resources weren’t adequately cared for by the existing staffing vendors
TASC team organized meetings to understand the processes, and issues to prepare a customized solution. A specialist IT recruitment account manager and resource team were aligned to the airline major. Due to our approach, TASC out-did all other staffing vendors in providing IT staff to the airline firm across infrastructure, enterprise architecture and application developer roles.
TASC held periodic MIS meetings to keep the airline firm updated, and also implemented a bi-annual satisfaction survey to provide a feedback platform for our deployed staff.
TASC placed 90 high caliber IT resources within a year, and currently manages 130+ IT resources for the airline major. There was a drop in the attrition rates and employee satisfaction has improved by 125%
