Over the years, TASC has managed transfers and migrations for several brands, sometimes even consolidating contract staff from multiple agencies to TASC. In the past, TASC has managed to transfer between 50 – 1,000 employees, of different firms, to TASC within 1 month to 6 months’ time-frame.

Process and Time-frame

A dedicated 3-4-member team, well-versed with labor laws and inter-agency transfers, is appointed to manage a standard transfer or migration process. This team undertakes thorough due diligence to check various scenarios: passport validity, family hold cases, attested certificates, etc. and recommends further course of action.

To execute the plan seamlessly, TASC Transfer team ensures pro-active and timely communication with the affected staff including FAQ sessions, town-halls, etc. Once the transfer plan and mechanism is finalized, and assuming visa status change will happen within 3 business days, TASC can accomplish transfers in:

  • 33 business days, under normal process (excluding visa status change)
  • 20 business days, under urgent process (excluding visa status change)
