We are hiring Service Desk Analyst to join one of our major clients based out of Dubai

Job Details:

Role: Service Desk Analyst

Contract: 1 year & Extendable

Work Location: Dubai

Start Date: Immediate Joiners to Maximum of 4 weeks’ Notice preferred

Salary: (Negotiable Based on the expertise)

Important Note: Need candidates to be inside the UAE currently

Technologies and Skills Required:

· 2-5 years work experience in a first level IT Help Desk role.

· Experience in relevant Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory, outlook, mobile devices, VPN technologies

· Experience in Banking Applications and Microsoft platforms (Preferred)

· PC repair and troubleshooting skills, Microsoft related certification is preferred.Familiar with latest EUS devices/platforms in the market.Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.Expertise in End user technologies
